Neighborhoods

With over 3,000 Stapleton homes and apartments fully built and approximately 7,100 current residents, Stapleton’s residential development is now more than 25% complete. As the community continues to grow and expand, all of Stapleton’s newly constructed residential areas will be given names.

New Stapleton Neighborhoods:

• Central Park North: Stapleton’s newest residential area is located north of the new 80-acre Central Park. Residents will begin moving into this beautiful new neighborhood in late 2007.

• South End: Located on the south end of Stapleton and bounded by Greenway Park, Central Park Boulevard, and Montview Boulevard, these new Stapleton properties are close to the dog park, tennis courts, and the Denver School of Science and Technology.
