John Laing Homes

Reminiscent of Denver's older neighborhoods, where tree-lined streets are flanked by broad porches and strong architectural style, John Laing Homes has designed an exciting series; each house house plan has three distinct elevation styles to choose from.

Our eight plans range in size from 1,946 to 2,621 square feet. All homes will be "Energy Star" and will contain the latest in "smart" wiring to address a range of telecommunication and in-home entertainment needs. All plans feature two-story homes with well-designed kitchens, formal and informal living areas, and inspired architectural details both inside and out.
