Stapleton Founders’ Day - June 11th

There's nothing like a clear, sunny day, where spring fades quickly into summer. Welcome those long-awaited sunny days with friends and neighbors at the 4th annual Founders' Day event on Saturday, June 11 at Founders' Green. Founders' Day celebrates the "founders" of the Stapleton community with an afternoon of festivities in their "backyard." This annual event gathers people together to share in the continued growth of Stapleton as a new urban community in the metro area.
Festivities at Founders' Green
4 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Carnival activities
5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Concert with Dressy Bessy, Matson-Jones and Vicky Woodworth [ more information ]

Founders' Green – Parking and Directions
Founders’ Green is located at the corner of 29th Avenue and Roslyn Street. Street parking is available around Founders’ Green and in the East 29th Avenue Town Center. Additional parking is available behind the East 29th Avenue Town Center buildings.
From I-70:
Take I-70 to the Quebec Street exit.
Head south one mile on Quebec Street.
Turn east on East 29th Avenue.
From Downtown Denver:
Drive approximately five miles east to Quebec Street.
Take Quebec Street to East 29th Avenue.
Turn east on East 29th Avenue.
From South Denver:
Take Quebec Street to East 29th Avenue.
