Forest City Stapleton, Inc. Honored with Environmental Achievement Award
Forest City Stapleton, Inc. has been nominated for and awarded, a Silver Level Environmental Achievement Award for 2004 from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The Environmental Achievement Award recognizes the voluntary and significant environmental achievements of Colorado businesses and organizations. Nominated by Pat Marinek of the Department’s hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division nominated Forest City Stapleton, Inc. for its design and implementation of sustainability concepts in the mixed-use urban redevelopment at the 4,700-acre former Stapleton International Airport property. We are honored by this award and appreciate the recognition from the State of Colorado.
