Classified Advertising
Classified ads are accepted in the following categories: For Sale, Help Wanted, Services, Events, Miscellaneous Items, and Real Estate For Sale and For Rent. Personal classifieds will not be accepted. Classified ads are not linked to the StapletonDenver.com website or to StapletonOnline.com, the community Intranet. The Front Porch reserves the right to refuse any classified based on content.
Classified advertising is based on number of words (“and,” “a” and “the” all count as words). Maximum number of words allowed is 45. The first three or four words of the ad will be capitalized and should identify what is being advertised. Ads will not contain any further typographic effects such as additional caps, bold, underline, italic, etc. No colors or logos are offered in classified ads.

DeadlinesClassified ads must be received by the 15th of the month prior to publication.
Cancellations/RefundsCancellations must be received in writing. No cancellations will be accepted after the 15th of the month prior to publication. Continuously running ads must be cancelled by the 10th to prevent automatic billing, if ad is set up to run every month and have automatic payment. Stapleton Front Porch does not offer refunds but gives credit for an ad in a future issue.
PaymentFront Porch requires receipt of payment by the 15th of the month prior to the publication of ads. Payment for classifieds is made via MasterCard or Visa. Confirmation of the credit card transaction is sent by email. No invoices are sent for classifieds.

advertising@fineprintco.com Specify “F. PORCH CLASSIFIED/advertiser name/month ad appears.” Front Porch will only accept classified ads via e-mail. If receipt of ad is not confirmed within 48 hours please re-send ad or call 303-526-1969. The advertiser is responsible for confirming that the ad was received.
