3055 Roslyn Professional Office Building
3055 Roslyn is the recent recipient of the Forest City's first LEED© Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building council.
The 48,000-square-foot professional office building, located in the north part of East 29th Avenue Town Center, opened in early 2007. The building is on the southwest corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Roslyn Street. R.T.D. bus stops are immediately adjacent, as is convenient parking, Walgreens Pharmacy, and Stapleton Pediatrics. Within a short walk are a number of large hotels and Quebec Square Regional Shopping Center.
Current 3055 Roslyn tenants include:
- University of Colorado – A.F. Williams Family Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy – specializing in full spectrum family medicine, with a full service physical therapy component.
- Natural Balance Stapleton – a wellness clinic offering chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and reiki treatments
- Stapleton Dental – a full service, locally owned dentistry practice
